1) Loitta Fish(Dry) -- 100 gm.
2) Mustard oil -- As per quantity.
3) vegetables -- As per quantity.
4) Garlics,green chillis,giner(peaste) -- As per quantity.
5) Red chillis powder -- 2tbsp.
6) Salt -- 2tbsp.
7) onion -- 2 pis.
8) Turmeric -- 1 tbsp.
9) Dry red chillis(whole) -- 2 pis.
10)Black cumin seeds -- 1tbsp.
11) Sugar -- 1 tbsp.

Then we have to add salt to the vegetables and mix well.
